Private Personal Training Programs

For Newbies

Increase your muscular endurance and stability while developing optimal communication between your nervous system & muscular system. This program will also enhance your joint stability, increase flexibility, & enhance control of your posture.

A friendlier HIIT

MRT is a maximum-effort,
that is both aerobic and anaerobic in nature. It'll spike your metabolism, extinguish calories, lift your lactate threshold, boost your ability to make muscle, and maximize your body's capacity for change.

Already have a Base

This is a full body 3-day workout per week program. With this program, you will train every muscle 3 times a week. This is an excellent routine for beginners and intermediate lifters to gain muscle, lose weight and learn the main exercises. 

Hit a Plateau

This Upper/lower split has been designed for intermediate lifters (6 months to 2 years in training.) The muscles targeted in this program are divided into two parts. 

Before baby Comes

This program includes a variety of exercises that change throughout your first, second and third trimester. Expect strength training, low-impact cardio, and exercises that target your lumbo-pelvic hip region. Improve overall fitness, alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, and prepare the body for labor and delivery. 

"Level One" Core

The primary purpose of the core is to provide mobility, stability, strength, and balance to the midsection of your body. You will learn how to activate and engage your core key muscles, achieve a neutral position & learn how to isolate. 


"Level Two" Core

Once you have achieved a basic level of core stability and strength, you can move to complex single and multiplane exercises. We achieve this by progressing exercises with instability equipment such as exercise balls, and weights to increase the difficulty of your program. 

Grow your Booty

This program will teach you how to build better stronger, rounder glutes and how to focus on these muscle groups to give you the best results. Weak glutes contribute to poor posture, hip pain, back pain and more. It's time to wake up, prime & activate your glutes by releasing inhibited muscles and using exercises to build up your strength.

Bride & Besties

MRT is just a term covering various combinations of intense, efficient cardiovascular and muscular training. MRT can involve supersets, circuits, speed, low rest and compound movements. If your serious about making some big changes than gather up your ladies and lets get you ready for YOUR BIG DAY!

My name is Carol and I have been in personal training industry since 2008. I graduated from the NAIT PFT Program with honours & succeeded in attaining my CSEP-CPT Certification. My current designations are ISSA-CPT, Glute Activation Specialist & Nutrition Certification. My mission is to inspire and motivate you to tap into a greater self awareness using exercise as the catalyst; with the hope that it will leak into all areas of your life.
